What you will do: Build, Manage and Transform 

As the Contracts Support Specialist, you will own all contract administration functions from RFP to closeout for multiple programs. You will coordinate approval of negotiations, contracts, subcontracts and purchases with appropriate management staff, providing advice and interpretation of contractual requirements and making contract modifications as needed.  You will also own Unanet administration, including entry of contract data and generation of contract reports, spend plan generation and submission, and the development and maintenance of proposal support materials.

You will excel in this role if you are: 

  • An Administrator:  You will be called upon to administer government contracting documents and agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Detailed: Your attention to detail and knowledge of current regulations is needed to ensure compliance and monitor contract and subcontract performance.
  • An Excel whiz: Assist in preparing and submitting cost proposals, including pricing and scheduling details, coordination of requirements, and cost proposal risk assessments.  Create reports to analyze performance of individual Government and Commercial contracts.

What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have)

  • 5+ years of experience working across the entire subcontract function from capture through closeout on Federal Government programs. 
  • Knowledge of the FAR, DFARS and other Government supplements. 
  • Experience administering Government contracting documents and agreements such as non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements, contracts and sub-contracts. 
  • Experience preparing cost/business proposals in response to  Government and Prime Contractor RFPs.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and capable of working independently.

  • Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel - ability to create reports/dashboards using PowerPivot in Excel desired.

Your Mission: Software Prototyping and Development

You will be part of a team tasked with developing Intelligence Community mission solutions using C/C++, Python, Go, Java, and/or JavaScript. You will perform a wide variety to tasks from scripting, prototype and product development for numerous automation/deployment needs. You will continuously investigate new technologies and research their applicability to different prototype solutions.

You will excel in this role if you have:

  • An innate desire to create and evolve various prototypes and products.
  • A love of programming and a knack for coding and scripting.

What we are expecting from you (i.e., the qualifications you must have):

  • At least 2 years of hands-on programming using C/C++, Java, Go, Python or JavaScript.
  • Completing a BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Suitability and willingness to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance with a polygraph.

Your Mission: Promote, Engineer and Integrate our AWS Governance Software Solution

Play a key role in onboarding new customers to our first commercial software product that helps major AWS consumers better manage their cloud presence. You will help lead the deployment, configuration, integration and adoption of our AWS-enabled management platform and determine how to best tailor our product to specific customer needs.

You will excel in this role if you are:

  • A “technology translator”: You will be bridging the gap between both technical and non-technical audiences and must be able to speak to each in a language they understand. 
  • Well-rounded: You will need to bring in-depth experience across multiple and varying technologies including cloud and virtualization tools, Linux and Windows operating systems and networking, security and automation.
  • Adaptable:  Able to integrate the platform in a wide variety of customer environments.
  • Eager to learn new things and work with new technologies.

What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have):

  • 8+ years experience performing some type of infrastructure engineering or deployment engineering role.
  • Experience working with the both internal and customer engineering and project management teams to design and roll out solutions within a customer’s environment. 
  • Experience working in both virtualized and cloud environments across technologies such as Hyper-V, VMWare and AWS.
  • Experience deploying scalable applications to container based technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience integrating new systems into enterprise environments
  • Proven experience with Linux configuration and system administration
  • Experience with Windows and Active Directory environments.
  • Automation experience using languages such as Python or Power Shell.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of network hardware, protocols, and standards
  • Experience or interest in reliable architectures and automating infrastructure
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong requirements gathering and analytic abilities.
  • BS in Com Sci, IT, IS or other technical area of study.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required. (Domestic travel only)
  • Due to the nature of our customers, candidates are required to have US citizenship.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience working in a Pre-Sales or Solutions Architecture role.
  • Experience with SIEM technologies including Splunk
  • Hands on experience with AWS including working with following services: IAM, CloudFormation, EC2, S3, Redshift, and RDS.
  • Experience with host orchestration solutions such as Salt or Puppet

Your Mission: Engineer Virtualization Innovation

Serve as a virtualization subject matter expert and architect, prototype and continuously develop of virtualized services built on OpenStack and VMware technologies. You will continuously investigate new technologies and research their applicability to different prototype solutions. 

You will excel in this role if you are:

  • A “technology translator”: You will bridging the gap between both technical and non-technical audiences and must be able to speak to each in a language they understand. 
  • Virtualization Virtuoso: You will need to bring in-depth and large enterprise virtualization experience working with tools and technologies including Linux, VMWare, OpenStack and Python.
  • Big Picture thinker with execution know-how: You will need to understand the customer’s overarching high-level goals as well as the low level goals of each individual team in order to develop and lead efforts  and achieve mission success.

What we are expecting from you (i.e., the qualifications you must have):

  • A proven record of large-scale virtualization efforts with virtualization technologies including OpenStack, VMWare, and/or AWS within both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Ability to write scripts for various tasks including automation using languages such as Python.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
  • Ability to quickly learn and shift in step with the latest virtualization and networking technologies.
  • Top Secret ( with polygraph) Federal Government clearance is required. 

    Nice to have: 

  • Virtualization Certification(s): RHCT or VMWare VCP.
  • Understanding of DevOps with past DevOps experience preferred.
  • Past experience working in an R&D environment.
