All expenses are covered by Stratus for Employee Level Coverage. Dependent Plans are subject to a small premium share. Stratus also covers 90% of the premium cost for dependents.

Group Life and AD&D Benefit provided by Guardian Life. Benefit = 1x annual earnings up to $200,000 max.

Short-term disability coverage through Guardian Life. Benefit = 60% of base weekly earnings to a maximum of $2,000. Receive benefits on first day of accident or eighth day of sickness; lasts up to 13 weeks.

Group long-term disability coverage through Guardian Life after short-term disability runs out. Benefit = 60% of base monthly earnings up to $7,500 maximum. Benefits begin after 90 days of disability, subject to pre-existing condition limitation.





Stratus’ Flexible Spending Plan offers the opportunity for employees to pay medical and dependent care qualified benefits on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions. Maximum allowances: $2600 for medical and $5000 for dependent care expenses.





Defer up to 75% of employee income pre-tax. Stratus will contribute 10% of direct compensation with no match required. Company contribution is on 2 year vesting schedule. Stratus also offers a Roth IRA option.
